Go to the White House website (http://www.whitehouse.gov) or go to the Bush Cheney 04 campaign website (http://www.bushcheney2004.com). Either one should either provide the documents or links to them. If they don't, post a question and they will get you an answer.
(Be careful when you type in the White House URL as there is supposed to be a porn site with nearly the same web address.)
FYI -- whitehouse.org is even worse than the porn site (.com).
