Excerpted from Drudge:
BRANT: "You should know what you said when you came back, the impact it had on the young sailors and how it was disrespectful of our guys that were killed over there.
[Brant had two men killed in battle.]
KERRY: "When we dedicated swift boat one in '92, I said to all the swift guys that I wasn't talking about the swifties, I was talking about all the rest of the veterans."
That's how it sounds to me.
So in his own words he was the only swift boat vet to commit these atrocities.
Exactly. This is an important flaw that is screaming to come out. kerry thinks that as long as he's insulting and lying about someone else, an honorable person wouldn't care about it. That's where he's wrong. An honorable man like O'Neil doesn't care if the insult is to him or someone else. He's not going to take an apology until it's directed at all the veterans. That's what kerry's personality flaw doesn't understand. It's in this sentance here:
KERRY: "When we dedicated swift boat one in '92, I said to all the swift guys that I wasn't talking about the swifties, I was talking about all the rest of the veterans."
Exactly. That was my first thought.
Shove it, John Kerry!
Isn't that like saying "All [insert race or religion here] are idiots/scum/bastards." And then, seeing one of said race in that room, saying, "Present company excepted, of course."
