But, it is a dry heat! I spent a month at Camp Roberts and the heat about drove this Michigander nuts! I don't care if it is dry or not, the sun still bakes a fair skinned fella!
I want to also note that I found the people of that area to be a wonderful lot! The local watering holes were filled with sincere, honest, fun loving folks that were what I consider to be representative of Real America. It is a shame they are victims of the Metro/Lib areas of the state!
