I've heard that GWB signed the Form 180. Haven't found corroboration, and expect the campaign would (wisely) not welcome the question, in the open.

Why wouldn't they welcome it?

It draws a pretty clear contrast: GWB signed his 180; kerry refuses to.

Because they don't want to show any hint of getting involved in this battle. If Bush signed the 180, the media already has that evidence in their hands.

Most stories from the February timeframe refer to the FULL RELEASE of George Bush's records. I haven't seen a reference to signing of a Form 180, but assume that such took place.
