O'Neill coming up!
After the show..
well its a vey series topic!
All I have to say, it was good the private investigator interviewed Kerry's crew first.
He'll make a good witness later...even if the crew members recant their stories. It will add more credence to the Swift Vets assertion that they were told not to talk.
Hope the PI taped the information.
though their reaction thus far is surprising - having him salute the audience after stump speeches (which is really corny and his salute quite sloppy IMO)
Atos
I cannot imagine how the Kerry camp will play this. Sooner or later they will have to seriously respond to what is being leveled at them.
thanks for the considered reply. good for the vets. they will get incinerated along with the rest of us when kerry fails in this war. the left doesnt need to be exposed as frauds. thats common knowledge. i dont see a disaster for the left either.
PI talked to the crew? That's new to me. What are the details?
Nope, they are going to stonewall. They know the media will not demand the 180 form.
For the most part, Kerry is succeeding in burying this story. It is not on evening news or morning talk shows.
According to his account on Hardball last night, he did have a PI talk to at least 3 members of Kerry's crew. All 3 denied they were ever in Cambodia. They were then "instructed" not to talk to the PI any longer.
This story is starting to get more than legs, it is starting to take on a life of its own.
Interesting
"Lets not leave out his participation in the meeting with VVAW where discussions were held on killing 9 US Senators who supported the Vietnam war."
I haven't forgotten. People allways tell me that he (kerry) wasnt there or he voted against it. To me the fact that he was part of a group that would seriously consider assasanation of politicians at all is enough.
O'Neill comments that this is the first time anybody ever lied to create the central turning point of their life.
Hugh reitterates his legal presumptions outlined above.
they think they're burying it but they're hurting themselves because the news is out and many outside their minions are paying attention.
ONeill is talking about the PI right now on Hugh. Thanks for the tip.
Correction, only two of Kerry's supporting crewman denied being in Cambodia. But this does not include Steven Gardner, the crewman who is a member of SBVT. That makes three total.
Any number of potential bombshells: including the sam pan story (blowing up the rice) & that's important because Kerry wrote up a report which differs from everybody including his band of brothers.
I wish they could get Kerrys journal so we could read his xmas 68 poem about the sugarplums dancing in his head!
