To: Dog Gone

Looking at the satellite pics, the secondary effect that I don't like the looks of is that band just north of Lake Okechobee (sp?). There are probably tornadoes being spawned from that band.

Latest sat photo has the storm elongating slightly to the north. Loop radar also makes it seem that the storm has made a very slight jog to the left and at least for the moment is tracking almost due north.

I'm having a sinking feeling that we have another Andrew on our hands in terms of devastation. 5,000 people live on Sanibel Island, which looks like it might not even exist by midnight.
