I just looked at the Wilmington radar, and it looks as though my area should be pretty windy and rainy by now, but it's not. Just a little rain, and no breeze to speak of. I went to bed late and got up early, so I'm going to take a nap before it starts getting really bad.

It is a reflective radar, whatever that means. This radar does seem to show the movement of TS Charley (I don't think it is still a Hurricane, but it might be).

The Reflective Radar does not identify storm cells so much as give an indication of the intensity of the storm. Maybe someone with a better handle on meterology can respond about reflective radar and what is going on.

However, I did get from TWC (The Weather Channel) website that the Eastern Carolinas (North and South) should be wary of tornadoes.
