Thanks for answering... go enjoy the opening ceremony of the Olympics! If you are that far east of Ocala, you are safe and sound.

That sounds like a good idea. However, I'm just getting reports from (Murdoch area) Port Charlotte...what's playing on the 'Pics tonight?

Getting ready to pass over the "Medevial Feast" castle on Hwy-192 now. Still south of I-4, seems to be a little east of Disney, south of Universal Studios.

Hope the air museum south of there doesn't have much damage!

Prayers for everyone who has been or are in this storm's path!

Howlin - I just want to know your "intuition" about this storm over central NC?

Is it evacuation time if there are big trees around this house?

We have had tons of rain today - will have tons more tomorrow - then wind. NOT a good scenario.

Lost a tree in Fran and another in Floyd. What's left will cut the house in two if they come down.

I'm a thinkin' it's time to leave.....tomorrow.....what do you or any of our weather experts following this thread think? Central NC in the bullseye of Charley's path with bad winds?
