And hey, I don't mean to dis what you know, we could both be right or both be wrong.
Wasn't it Dennis that sat off the coast for week dropping rain before it actually moved again? And then a few weeks later Floyd came in and did major damage.
All I'm saying is, I'm north (Virginia) in the path of ~whatever~ this thing turns into. And it ~could~ get stronger.
It ~has~ happened.
