I've been in an equivalent Typhoon.......on Guam.

When were you on Guam? I was there from '96-'99. Got hit by several Typhoon's including Paka. That one really sucked.

I was on guam in 86-89. I missed the only one to hit the island when I was traveling. Came back to a real mess.
