It's about time a woman was punished for violating a custody order. Most of the time they get away with murder. But if you're the Dad, you're automatically guilty. I say bravo to this judge. We need more like him.

So if the situation were reversed, and it were the husband that had custody of the kids and was jailed for smoking 'around' them, you'd be okay with that?

If you can honestly answer yes, then that's fine. If not, you are letting your biases cloud your judgment.

Oh, stop. I know of plenty of Dad's who have viloatled custody orders and gotten away with it.

It's ridiculous that the father was allowed to include no smoking around his children as part of the custody arrangements.

Get over the emotionalism of your own personal issues and your vindictive desires and start thinking with your brain, if you've got one.
