If you want the Nanny state to decide what you can or cannot do with a legal substance that's fine with me. I frankly, cannot stand it.

This isn't the nanny state telling people what to do. This is two people agreeing to certain custody conditions and one of these people not abiding by the agreement.

This is a Judge throwing someone in jail for contempt of court. This had nothing to do with that agreement. If it had been solely about the agreement, she wouldn't be in jail.
