I watched this video, and not to be graphic, there was minimal blood after the head was severed. And the victim didn't seem to flinch at all. Either this was a corpse to begin with or a total hoax.
I guess we wait to see who the poor soul was and if it was a hoax.
If you scrolled down, there were still photos of the victim prior to the beheading. I am of the opinion that he was dead already. God rest his soul.
