I go to Nantucket often and was there a week-and-a-half ago. There were security guards, not Steamship Authority employees, checking things very closely on the ferries and on the fast boat. The people they interviewed in the article must be brain dead if they saw no heightened security. They were randomly searching luggage and wanding people - even on the small fast boat. If they were doing that at the ferries you KNOW they were watching the airport closely. It's a mecca for corporate jets and some weekends they have as much traffic as O'Hare.
