What white truck?
Several nights ago (my son drives truck)--the same night that there was the amber alert about the missing child - there was a terror alert posted on I 81 heading toward Harrisburg PA. It said to be on the lookout for a white van, certain plate numbers. My son wrote down the info and checked throughout his routes .
That was the only place he saw the sign. It was not present on 81 heading north out of Harrisburg.
