Police pulled over a rental truck they called suspicious near I-95 in south Philadelphia Wednesday morning.
Police forced the truck off the interstate and onto an off-ramp at around 8:30 a.m.
Officers say the driver said was making a shipment from New York and was heading to a location near Philadelphia International Airport. It was not immediately clear exactly where he was going.
Police are now questioning the driver but he does not speak English. Police say there are hazardous materials in the back of the rental truck. Hazardous materials crews are on the scene.

Government Buildings Evacuated In Dover, Del. (Delaware - 8/18/04)

DOVER, Del. -- Police have evacuated several state government buildings in downtown Dover following the discovery of a suspicious package at a credit union Wednesday morning.
The buildings evacuated include Legislative Hall and the Tatnall Building -- which houses the office of Gov. Ruth Ann Minner.
The credit union is located across the street from the Tatnall Building. Police have cordoned off the entire Legislative Mall area. Capital Police and Dover police have responded to the scene.
Employees are standing out on the green, awaiting word that it's safe to return to their offices.
