I have never seen the NewsMax/Pravda article, but it is thought-provoking to say the least. I've been reading an article for the past couple of hours and have yet to finish it, but it is the best I've read in several months.

Just recalled reading somewhere that Russia considered using EMP weapons against US forces in 1999.
