Just got back from a trip to PA- had the joy of driving over the George Washington Bridge this afternoon with about an hour delay.
News deprived- any major horrific updates? I've about an hour here on the library computer.
Only news in PA reported in the local media over the past few days included: 2 nights ago a "terror alert" on (posted much like amber alert) on I 81 headed south toward Harrisburg PA- a white van was being sought. Same day, part of a "weather balloon" was said to fall in someone's property around Ephrata, I believe. It was said to be a box with wires sticking out of it, making a humming noise. Third unusual thing reported was loss of a great deal of phone services (both local and long distance) with some allegations of phone lines deliberately cut but no further follow up on that that I was aware of.
