I know you asked about NOAA ... right now, I haven't seen anything about that.
It might take a phonecall to NOAA or the NHC to find out who hasn't checked in, if they'd even tell you. I'd bet that would be an indication of extreme damage.

The storm spun a parked pickup truck 180 degrees, blew the windows out of a sheriffs deputys car and ripped the roof off an 80- by 100-foot building.
