Guninness has had an annual contest since '96 that anyone, from anywhere in the world can enter. I assume they are still doing it but I am not sure. Entrants simply write a 50 word essay beginning with "Guinness is..."(there is a maximum word count).

Finalists are flown to Ireland (yes Ireland) for a final round of competition including dart-throwing, building a perfect pint of Guinness, blarney delivery, and delivering a fifty word essay on why they should win the Seanachaoi.

Winner gets his or her own refurbished Irish countryside pub complete with living quarters.
