People like that don't bother me now. They're too down in their personal problems to consider other people. The problem with those specific people is that their circle of relationships consist of demagogues who encourage a hatred of white people and this country. 99% of the people who made those comments came from the era of segregation, and so it's like poking a stick to keep wounds open. It's pretty sad. Only God can heal wounds like that. Since I've read worse statement by other movie stars, I think I will withhold judgment about Smith. He's one of the few rappers who didn't turn gangsta, and I suspect he retired because people thought he was too 'soft'.

This is how Jesse Jackson stays in business. He and others promote hatred disguised as unity and pride. People like Condi Rice, Colin Powell, Clarence Thomas, Larry Elder, etc, scare the hell out of them. I'm rather surprised that the usual suspects have kept quiet about Bill Cosby's remarks. What he said goes directly against their agenda.

I think I'll hold off on condemning Will Smith for his remarks. The German papers are no friend of America, and his remarks could have been taken out of context. His movies are among the few that I can trust to let my kids watch and he and Jada set a good example as married parents.
