It's a chain, but I enjoy
Red, Hot & Blue. When there I slather on the Hot Hot Hot Hoochie Coochie BBQ sauce and I'm in heaven...

Red, Hot & Blue.Started by a Republican activist, the late Lee Atwater..
Stay away from their vineger sauce. It is the worst I have ever tasted. The other sauces are fine.

While I lean to more of the "smokey" and sweet version of BBQ...my favorite name
for this sort of gastronomic chemistry is from a sauce marketed in
Northern Texas:
"Hell On The Red".

I was very disappointed when they closed our Red Hot and Blue. It is the best BBQ in the world (when I am at the Red Hot and Blue) :)
