I second Corky's but I "first" the RENDEZ VOUS.
However...I'll stack my dry ribs against the RENDEZ VOUS any day. It has taken me years to duplicate their mix of ingredients but I think I've got it.
No, I won't share...the're DEMS lurking.

I saw "Rendez Vous" profiled on a couple of food and travel shows recently (along with Corky's and Neeley's Inter-State BBQ in Memphis). Are dry ribs really that good? They don't look very appetizing and I would think you'd be biting into a bunch of paprika and pepper (gag). Maybe it's a whole new taste sensation, but it's hard to fatham (the restaurant guests sure looked like they enjoyed it though)....
