Can Free Republic fine a Freedom of Information Act Request on John Kerry for all his records?
The AP filed one against Bush...
Heck...maybe I'll file one myself.

Dear Sir or Madam:
The A. P. filed a F.O.I.A. request for all of President Bush's military records. This request has been fulfilled.
1) Why has the A.P. not made a similar request for all of Sen. Kerry's military records?
2) Why did the A.P. not make a similar request to Sen. Kerry at the time it made the request to President Bush?
3) Has the A.P. asked Sen. Kerry to sign Form 180 which would authorize the release of all his military records?
Thank you for this assistance. I would appreciate a reasonably prompt response, and the name and staff title of the person responding.
