That compares to the 13 crew members who support his candidacy.

Are we even sure that his 13 crew members really support him? I thought 4 declined to be involved, 1 is against him (Gardner), 2 are dead.

How many does that leave to support him? I thought the boats only had 13 members on them each.

"I thought the boats only had 13 members on them each. "

Swifts are a crew boat with a compliment of six (6) men.

Update on SwiftVet story on FOX now coming up.

You have lots of misconceptions about this issue.

Kerry served on three boats in four months.

This fact alone is telling.

Some of the enlisted are and have been cultivated over time to support Kerry and refute criticism by simply appearing on stage with him. Kerry put them in for medals after he put himself in. The boat was a medal factory.

Not all of them were really crew and only one has been vocal and works for the campaign. He was not crew, but was a Green Beret who Kerry plucked out of the water. A 30 year republican who switched parties in January.

The whole thing stinks to high heaven.
