Hoffman said the longest any of the enlisted guys served with him on his boats was two months. This whole band of brothers business borders on the absurd. Kerry must be paying off these guys to support him. Something is real fishy.

Kerry's own site says he commanded the first boat from Dec 68 through Jan 69 and the second from late Jan 69 through early March 69. Crew members would rotate on and off during that period, so two months for any unfortunate individual to serve under Kerry is about right.

I don't question what ADM Hoffman said. It makes sense since Kerry reported onboard in Vietnam on November 8, 1968 and departed March 26, 1969, according to his fitness reports. My point was that that this so-called Band of Brothers have formed such close ties over a two month period and the bonds have lasted for 35 years. I just don't find that believable. Kerry has initiated and nurtured this relationship so he can use them as political props to further his career. They have been used before in other campaigns.
