Am wondering what the Kerry team has in mind to deflect the damage of this cannonball, coming at them.

If the frantic head-shakings and high-pitched choruses of "nuh-UH" taking place over at
Terrorist Sympathizers Underground right now are any sort of indicator indicator: they're going to hide under the covers and pretend it really isn't there in the first place. :)

Probably this is an attack by the GOP questioning JFKerry's patriotism, will be first reaction, they have practiced this since the git go.

Well, for one thing, they are saying it's a right-wing attack, just like the stories about the Arkansas state troopers procuring sexual encounters for Clinton, stories that appeared in The American Spectator and the Los Angeles Times. Only problem is, those stories were true. I expect we may not hear much more about Troopergate.

Am wondering what the Kerry team has in mind to deflect the damage of this cannonball, coming at them."We are deeply saddened that the President would resort to gutter attacks and the politics of personal destruction. The big money interests of the fringe right are bank rolling this desperate attempt to dishonor an American war hero. The American people will not stand for this and will elect John Kerry, a true patriot and strong leader for America."
Repeat ad nauseum.
