To: Fifth Business
A Chicago dog has Mustard, relish, peppers, sliced tomato, a pickle (cut the long way) and is sprinkled with celery salt. I hope I haven't forgotten anything (onions maybe). But Ketchup (Heinz or otherwise) is a big No-No.

As I heard the counter lady at the Vienna Beef factory store explain to an outsider once:

"You don't have to say "no ketchup." "No ketchup" comes with."

Mmmm... If it wasn't 11:00 I might run out for a dog right now...
