50% of what he says is to win over whatever crowd he's talking to. And half of it is written by his speech writers. The other half is ad lib. It's the ad libs that kill him because he winds up saying ridiculous things. Like his favorite Red Sox player (I don't even remember who he said it was, but it was someone who never played for the Sox).

He's as phony as a $3 bill.

And he is out of touch with those crowds he speaks to. In Michigan, he states he roots for the Buckeyes. Everybody boos and then he realizes what a dumb ass he is.

John Kerry's favorite Red Sox player is Eddie Yost. Ironically, from the picture, you can see that Yost was a W fan.

In contrast, George Bush will be on this week's Roland Martin fishing show.

It strikes me that he is the kind of guy you'd like to go fishing with and I think it'll be a good program showing him outside the political spotlight and in the "real world".
