I have been reading this thread, and I have to believe that Perlstein is either the slowest typist in journalism or has a very slow connection. I am on dial-up and can respond far more quickly than he can.

Either that or his answers are being vetted by a committee. LOL!

I am not participateing. I think we will see many of these responses, or an "account of my day with the heathen" in tthe Village Voice. I am busy with other things.
