when you say you saluted, do you mean a one fingered salute, or a salute?

A regular salute would have those folks all wondering about their actions

It was a real salute. On each side of my car, I have stickers that say MILITARY FAMILY FOR BUSH/CHENEY.

Personally, when I meet up with Rat Trash, like DFU did, I give them the "three finger salute" a la "W".
