Look in the middle of "her" back in pic #2.
Cloth and synthetic fabrics do NOT bend like that, except with a tubular structure
underneath. Probably of 4-7 inches diameter.
That structure extends towards "her" right shoulder.

Now what do women hide under their clothes that does that?
