A Guide to Chinese Takeout Menus

I'm a mid-westerner, but some of the manhole covers that masquerade as pizza west of the Hudson River should be outlawed or forced to change their name from pizza.

There is plenty of good Pizza west of the Hudson River until you get somewhere west of Philadelphia. Why? Because New York City, New Jersey, and Philadelphia have real Italian-Americans. The Chicago stuff doesn't seem to be too bad for the same reason. I say "Italian-American" because I worked with a Sicilian guy from Sicily and not only didn't his accent sound "Italian" but he would complain about how Italian-Americans put garlic in all sorts of food that shouldn't have it.
