I can honestly say that I don't understand anything about this thread.

But that having been said . . . .
FR is not the strategy vehicle of the RNC. It probably should be in some instances, but the RNC guys would worry about their paychecks if it became clear there was no need to spend money on consultants.
Given that strategy is isn't made here, then the only other point of subversion would be to depress turnout. This would be by lowering energy and inclination to volunteer and GOTV.
