Agreed.. Flat Tax, no VAT....

Of course, we're talking Federal Tax here, not State..

Individual States will continue to operate their own Income Tax, Property Tax, Sales tax, etc..

Regardless, this will NOT get rid of the IRS.. There will still be taxes to be payed, and recieved..
Someone will have to enforce whatever the new tax laws are..
There will still be some sort of Central Agency for Revenue and Taxes...

If it costs 2 1/2 trillion to run this bloared government this fiscal year It's going to cost that much plus 8-10 percent next year and another 8-10 percent more the next year and so on into eternity.

Gub'ment gonna get that money somewhere.

It's not a VAT, but a National Retail Sales Tax (NRST). It actually compares a NRST to the current system and Dick Armey's Flat Tax. Loads of other info. too.
