This is just not true. Second, the incidence of corporate taxes is a matter of debate. I believe that consumers pay some of the corporate tax in higher prices but not nearly the full amount.
Only some? Coprorate taxation is built into the price of everything you buy. It is capitalized into the price of every product, as one of several obvious costs-of-doing-business. Taxes impose costs on businesses. All such costs are passed on to consumers in the form of higher prices. A company exisits to make a profit above what its costs of doing business are.
