Gallup representatives told USA Today that they plan to lengthen the survey through Sunday to determine why Kerry lost ground during the convention. According to Gallup, "an analysis of convention bounces since 1950 shows that on average, among registered voters, the Democratic candidate received approximately a seven-point increase in support following the convention."
After Democratic conventions, the Republican candidate normally loses about five percentage points, Gallup said.
Bless their little hearts! If Libs are ONE thing, they're consistent. Consistently ridiculous, that is!
Gallup must be worried that USA Today and CNN will fire them and hire Newsweak's pollster instead.
Actually, I am reminded of the end of Trading Places, when the Dukes are screaming "turn those machines back on!!!!"
When the public is bombarded daily by JF'nK's bombast and visage, his ratings go down.
When he is safely tucked away on vacation and the other 'Rats are attacking W, JF'nK's ratings go up.
He should change is name to Any Buddybutt Bush.
What a shocker. President Bush is actually in the lead if their own poll is to believed. No wonder they're trying to figure out why that hasn't happened to this President. He should be behind now by 10 percentage points and instead he's ahead of Kerry by 3 percentage points. Squawk! The sky IS falling!!!
