Yes, some women who have had abortions can be this callous and monstrous.

I'll never forget the night I went to the home of a coworker to a party to show off her new house. She was married to an up and coming young executive at the hospital where we worked. After supper, we were sitting in the living room, talking, just getting to known each other in a general sort of way, when the talk turned to babies. The hostess volunteered that she'd had two abortions - one when, as she put it, "I was just young and wild and seeing if I could get pregnant" and another one with her current husband because the timing of a baby was "just not right". She told us she was glad she'd had the abortions and just considered those babies "clumps of cells." She said she would have never considered adoption because she didn't want some 20-year-old showing up on her doorstep one day and saying, "I'm your kid." She also told us, "If I hadn't had those abortions, I wouldn't have the nice house I live in today." My blood literally ran cold and I recoiled from the woman as if she were something slimy and unnatural. I left as quickly as possible and I couldn't bring myself to associate with her after that.

Ironically, she left the medical records department where we worked because she became pregnant - this time it was a baby and not a clump of cells I guess, in her opinion - and she had to stay on bedrest in order to carry the baby - due to her previous abortions. This woman was evil, truly evil, wrapped up in a nice country-club-gentility package.

I knew a woman that was a pro-life counselor. She said that one woman she spoke with told her that she thought she couldn't have a baby yet because they hadn't finished furnishing their new house. The counselor tried her best, but when she followed up with a later call the baby was already gone.

How is that different than that Times reporter who aborted twins to keep her NYC apartment? LOL BTW, the story you tell repeats itself over and over and over in a neighborhood right to me BUT they sure do like to focus on poor girls. I'm willing to bet that not one PP is located in a rich area anywhere.
