I have a question I hope one of you can answer or find an answer for, how does the new budget compare to the states GDP especially in relation to the last few years? I have seen articles talking about the national budget and even with the big deficits it is small compared to GDP when compared to earlier years. Anyone?

I'm clueless!(oh man, I should have never admitted that!) I do believe the state was briefly the fifth largest economy in the world for a brief stint in 1999 till the SillyCon Valley Bubble burst. Remember, Wilson left Davis an $8,000,000,000.00 surplus!!! I kept saying: What we have here is surplus government, not a government surplus!!!
I guess I was clueless then as to how bad it could get!!!
