I sure hope they find these kids very soon. This is likely to be a terrible ending with the kids soon murdered --- how can parents let such small kids be taken by a stranger?
I sure hope the Children are okay, and pray they will be returned safely.
Thank you for the ping Trussell. We are and hour away from Montana I think so I suspect they may be there too. Louisana is a long ways away. So that would make his car stand out more.
I was just speaking with my mom and we were talking about the shows she took us to when we were kids like Disney's
"Old Yellar" or Pollyanna or The Swiss Family Robinson"
movies that were about family, respect. love and a sense of fullfillment we have none of that anymore sometimes if I dwell on that fact I really become stressed out,,,,
But none of that helps get the kids back safely only letting people know and praying. That is the focus here.
Thank you for that suggestion. It is so hard when you have to suspect everyone - but when it comes to your kids it is getting that way.
I know movies today make parents and teacher look like dopes or worse and the kids are all powerful. No respect what so ever. I loved those movies, you never had to worry. I think Walt Disney would turn over in his grave if he saw what his company puts out now.
I was trying to explain to my daughter the other day why I don't let her have personalized items -- backpack, purse, etc., things with her whole first name. Gave her a scenario of sitting somewhere with her friends and some guy sees her name and says hello using her name, and saying "don't you remember me, I know your parents, my feelings are hurt that you don't remember me, by the way I saw your parents over there, I'll walk you over to them, yada yada." Her eyes got kinda big and I think she got it.

You know the private school my granddaughter goes to has their last names on the back of their sweatshirts. I think I will bring that up.
I used to be trusting, but not anymore and haven't been for a long time.

I-90 east goes through Montana and then to Wyoming!
It's been over 24 hours, they could of easily made it to Wyoming by now. If they didn't hold up somewhere. Alot of empty space between Coeur d'Alene and Wyoming.

I mentioned Louisanna because the car had Louisanna plates. It is, of course, a good idea for FReepers everywhere to be alert for these children.
I pray they are found very soon! I pray they are still alive and have not been harmed!
And if he turned off on I-15 he could be in southern Idaho or Utah. I-94 goes through eastern Montana into Noth Dakota. Lots of empty space there!
