Thanks for the neighborhood example about Cheney. Growing up, there was always that somebody to take a look at your car or something. That person is Cheney. He just exudes power and strength....actually a lot of women would probably think he's more attractive than Edwards. Women don't like feminine, emasculated men.

Indeed. I'm such a woman. Feminine, pretty men do nothing for me. In fact, even a slight indication of it will register high on the "ick" scale for me. Yuck !!!
Consequently, I find Dick Cheney attractive. I also find George Bush very attractive, although he is a different type of man. Both, however, are MANLY.

Cheney is hot in that special mature, intelligent, "don't worry, you're safe with me" masculine way. Edward's is the kind of guy I expect to start talking about his shoes.

Count me in. I have been on record from primary time that I thought Edwards was too feminine and too youthful. I cannot fathom where the "handsome" tag comes from.
I thought Gore sounded gay (not that there's anything wrong with that) and I think Edwards sounds the same. I'm in Georgia and don't hear southern accents that girlie.
Edwards just oozes youth and inexperience. The man is 51 but looks 30. Not good.
I've always thought that Russel Crowe types were much better looking than the Brad Pitt girlie men type.
Most women like to be prettier and more feminine than their man.
