Yesterday a couple other speakers--Diane Feinstein was one and I think Bill Richardson gave a speech where he used it--both said "Help is on the way". Right away I pointed out that was Dick Cheney's line, then last night out comes Edwards with "Hope is on the way" and the printed signs. I think they're using BOTH phrases.
