I am watching Fox now, and the newscaster is talking about a Crush on the floor, but I do not see it, I think there are a lot of empty seats still on the floor.
The announcer had told the delegates to go to their seats and clear the aisles as they couldn't proceed until the aisles were cleared. Probably to do with fire code and keeping the pathways open.
