most of the balloons didnt drop......and the DNC producer was cussing on the CNN feed.
this is an omen...on some news program I saw today...the balloons didn't drop correctly at the 1980 convention (Carter) and a pundit was saying how important it was that the balloons drop because there was some problem with them falling (they just drifted down slowly) at the Carter 1980 convention and look what happened to him :)
