When our soldiers today get injured and lose an arm or leg, we have them in state of the art prosthetics as soon as possible.
Why, after over 30 years, does Cleland not have a state of the art prosthetic for each limb?
And why can't Cleland afford a motorized wheelchair.

having a fake limb is one thing, having three is totally different. then again, not having 3 reminds you hes a VN vet.
