My life's endeavor...it's hard, lonely work, and don't pay diddley...LOL!!
Maybe there's a paycheck in it down the road, though...MUD
Maybe.
But I've learned that if one sets out to make money, they fail 99 outa 100 times.
Money's simply not the "reward" we've been taught it's supposed to be.
Really.
That 1 in a 100 who do succeed, winding-up with the money they so desperately sought, will many times not know what the hell to do with it, how to manage their own success.
Those are forces capable of destroying first the soul, then shortly thereafter, the body.
What was once thought a dream can often quickly morph into an unmanageable nightmare.
Really.
No.
Sounds smarmy as all get-out; but, pursue what it is you *enjoy* soley because of your love of it, no other reason. (this tack works great with/for other human beings too, btw...)
If the money comes afterward, it'll be a fringe benefit of your love of what it was you were doing.
And as such it'll come with the proper perspective, a perspective enabling proper management.
Hell's bells, Mud.
...been thousands of songs written on that one subject, alone. ;^)
