You actually raise a pretty good point here. I bet France and several other European countries would rather see Saddam dead than have him testifying alive. Saddam probably knows where a lot of European skeletons are buried. If Saddam is demanding to see his French lawyer he better be careful what he asks for.
If the Axis Of Weasels can manage it, and nature doesn't take care of it for them, Saddamn will never testify.
