I don't believe that was what O'Reilly was doing... O'Reilly did it to silence their contention that he is conservative and doesn't give them airtime...
As far as I'm concerned, O'Reilly silenced that idea a long time ago. I once saw him on his show, treat Ann Coulter more harshly than what this shows him dealing with Jabba al-Moore.
I've been forced by O'Reilly's actions and words to conclude that while he often brings up things that need to be addressed, he is ultimately a conservative poser.
