Well, that's the message of the party propaganda that alot of people apparently responded to, in line with Nazi "science" providing origins for the inherent superiority of Aryans above all others.
Perhaps these two strains are most succinctly shown by the slogan, "Ein Volk, ein Reich, ein Fuehrer".
