I really hate to tell you, but none of your scenario makes any sense. First of all, the going away party was Friday, and not Sunday, night. The Sunday night party was at their apartment. Second, to kill someone and dispose of the body so well authorities couldn't find it for at least two weeks takes a lot of planning or preparation and time. Anyone would be hard pressed to do it in 8 or 10 hours without being seen, and if he was planning on doing it in NC as you suggest, he would have screwed something up pretty bad if he did kill her and try to dispose of the body in SLC. Finally, if he was planning on off-ing her in NC, why would he let her know of any housing arrangements? He would have told her he would take care of them himself. He obviously was cunning enough to lead her to believe he was accepted to medical school when he hadn't even applied.

We don't even know if she is dead or if a crime has been committed. Let's wait and see what happens before engaging in silly speculation.

As far as planning... yeah he was a planner, they found a blooding knife stashed in the apartment and he was out buying a mattress on Monday. The first place he went to told him that he could not take a mattress home with him today, so he went to another place that had a mattress in stock that he could take home.

I don't understand your point... He had all night to dispose of her body (in one piece or in many). Pre-meditated means it was not done during a fight or during rage. Pre-meditated means he may have planned this up in his mind as early as a few hours before he did it or possibly weeks, months, or years beforehand. The housing issue would not be something his wife would not be involved in to some degree. He was in NC for some time, I don't know if he had someone else out there or not or if he was planning to kill her in SLC or in NC (it is all a possiblity). I think you need to read my post again. Also I can post what I want... I am free to have an opinion or give a scenario if I like (silly in your opinion or not)
